The fiberglass extruded profiles produced by our unit are made of unsaturated polyester resin (including meta phenylene, ortho phenylene, vinyl, phenolic, bisphenol A, etc.) as the matrix, reinforced with glass fiber, and continuously molded and produced with fixed cross-sectional shapes through molding molds with consistent cross-sectional shapes. The absolute values of its longitudinal bending strength and impact strength exceed those of ordinary steel, and the use of glass fiber felt increases the transverse strength of the profile, making it have good anti-corrosion and anti cracking properties. Therefore, it has greater advantages than steel and has been widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power. At present, our company produces fiberglass extruded profiles including rectangular tubes, round tubes, rods, groove profiles, profiled profiles, window profiles, angle profiles, and special-shaped profiles.
